daily rate model
We work on a daily rate basis, calculated on the basis of an 8-hour day. This ensures full transparency and allows our customers to flexibly adjust the deployment period to their needs.
- Standard billing: Daily rates and half-day rates
- Hourly flexibility: In exceptional cases, pro-rata billing for shorter assignments
- No minimum term beyond the initial deployment agreement required
No advance payments
We do not charge any retainer, search, or placement fees. You only pay for the days that the interim manager actually works, keeping your cost structure lean and flexible.

- Consulting and needs analysis before the start of the project
- Identification, preselection, and presentation of suitable candidates
- Ongoing support and assistance during the mandate
- Consolidated billing (including reimbursement of eligible expenses)
Note: Travel and accommodation expenses will be billed separately in accordance with your company's travel policy. Alternatively, billing can be based on flat rates (per diem) if this is agreed in advance.
