Focus

  • Taking ownership of and developing long-term mandate relationships at owner and C-suite level
  • Managing the full executive search process independently — from role specification through placement decision
  • Advising clients on leadership profiles, market assessment, and selection decisions
  • Close collaboration with the BD team on structured mandate handover
  • Full P&L accountability for own mandate portfolio

 

Profile

  • Several years of experience in executive search or a comparable advisory role with a demonstrable mandate track record
  • Confident as a peer-level conversation partner at owner, advisory board, and C-suite level
  • Deep understanding of transatlantic leadership contexts — DACH and North America
  • Ability to assess executive profiles rigorously and advise clients with clarity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to carry commercial accountability

Business Development / Client Advisory

DACH or North America · Mandate origination and handover

Focus

  • Identifying and approaching prospective clients across DACH — independently, without a preset pipeline
  • Leading first conversations at owner and C-suite level
  • Structured handover of won mandates to the Partner team
  • Building and maintaining a reliable network of relevant decision-makers

 

Profile

  • Background in professional services, executive search, consulting, or senior B2B client work with direct leadership contact
  • Confident and credible with CEOs, CFOs, owners, and advisory boards
  • Strong ability to develop mandates independently — no script, no close management
  • Understanding of transatlantic business contexts, particularly DACH and North America
  • Can be based in the German-speaking region, provided credible reach to international decision-makers

Executive Search Consultants (Senior & Junior)

Focus

  • Overseeing and executing executive search mandates
  • Advising clients on role profiles and market assessment
  • Conducting structured interviews and assessing executive leadership profiles

 

Profile

  • Senior: Erfahrung in Executive Search, Advising or a potential U.S. exit, building a credible U.S. leadership structure should begin early — ideally before commercial market entry. in einer Führungsrolle
