Jecelyn Pastor works alongside TH Bender’s consultants and research team, with a focus on preparation, continuity, and cross-border context in client engagements. Her role is to ensure that initial conversations are followed by structured preparation and a clear understanding of the company, its organization, and its operating environment.

As an admitted attorney, she brings a strong attention to detail and experience in working through complex, multi-layered situations. She supports target company research, pre- engagement briefings, and the consolidation of background information for upcoming client discussions. This includes reviewing company structures, governance and ownership context, leadership setup, and relevant market developments, and organizing this information into clear, usable summaries for internal use.

Working across international mandates, she helps maintain consistent preparation standards and coordination across projects, complementing TH Bender’s Research & Talent Intelligence work with a strong focus on execution and follow-through.
