Roland brings over 20 years of international experience as CFO and controller in leading industrial companies. His career has taken him to senior finance positions at renowned companies; he spent over twelve years in the US and three years each in the APAC region, South Africa, and the Netherlands.

Roland has extensive expertise in restructuring underperforming companies and in setting up and implementing cost accounting systems that create transparency and help to calculate the manufacturing costs of a company's own products accurately. Roland also has extensive experience in creating complex NPV and payback models for CAPEX investment programs.

With over 35 years of professional experience in technical companies, he is very familiar with efficient manufacturing and assembly processes and can also provide valuable support in this area.
