Reane Rodrigo leads TH Bender’s research and talent intelligence function and manages a team of 12 full-time Talent Research Associates. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has played a central role in building and continuously strengthening the research infrastructure that supports executive search and interim leadership assignments across North America and selected international markets.

Trained as an architect, Reane brings a highly structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset to complex search mandates. Her work ensures consistency, transparency, and reliability, particularly in cross-border assignments where clarity, documentation, and disciplined execution are critical for success.

Beyond her research leadership responsibilities, Reane heads the internal IT function that develops and maintains TH Bender’s proprietary candidate management system, which contains hundreds of thousands of executive profiles. She also leads initiatives to identify and integrate AI-enabled tools that enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our research processes, ensuring that clients benefit from the combination of human judgment and advanced technology.

Reane designed and continuously refines the underlying logic of TH Bender’s applicant tracking and research systems, embedding the structure, workflow discipline, and data transparency required for senior-level executive search and interim leadership engagements.
